But projection mapping turns the entire room into a living environment - your colors, your story, your aesthetic wrapping every surface and evolving through the evening. We bring the same production discipline we use for Ferrari and Flexitallic at the Fairmont Copley Plaza to private celebrations. The difference is scale, not standards - your wedding gets the same calibration, the same content quality, and the same on-site crew.

What does wedding projection mapping cost?
Single-surface mapping (one feature wall or a ceremony backdrop) starts around $5k. Full-venue mapping with custom content, live VJ, and multi-projector setup typically ranges from $10k to $50k depending on venue complexity and content scope. Dome rentals and fabricated scenic are priced separately. We will give you a real number after seeing the venue.
Can you map any venue?
Almost any. Indoor venues are the easiest - ballrooms, barns, lofts, galleries, restaurants. Outdoor venues work too with the right conditions (we need controlled ambient light after sunset). We start with a site survey to assess surfaces, power, sightlines, and rigging options.
How does this work with my wedding planner or coordinator?
Smoothly. We integrate into your existing planning team. Your coordinator handles logistics and timeline, and we handle all visual production. We provide a tech rider with power and space requirements, coordinate load-in with the venue, and stay out of the way until it is time to light the room.
Can the visuals change throughout the evening?
Yes - that is what makes this different from static uplighting. We can program content to shift from soft and ambient during the ceremony, to dynamic and colorful for the reception, to full party mode for the dance floor. With a live VJ, the visuals respond to the DJ in real time.
Can you project our photos, videos, or monogram?
Absolutely. We incorporate personal content - engagement photos, family videos, monograms, custom typography - into the projection design. This becomes part of the animated content, not just a static image on a screen.
How far in advance should we book?
Three to six months is ideal for custom content and fabrication. For simpler setups (single-surface mapping with adapted content), we can work with shorter timelines. Peak wedding season books up, so earlier is always better.
Do you handle sound and lighting too?
We can provide a complete visual and lighting package, or work alongside your existing DJ and lighting vendor. If you want one team handling everything visual - projection, lighting design, stage design, and live visuals - we can do that. If you already have vendors you love, we integrate.
Can we rent a dome for the cocktail hour or afterparty?
Yes. Our Illumine Dome (27 feet) is a popular cocktail-hour or afterparty space - guests step inside a 360-degree projection environment with ambient sound and custom visuals. We handle transport, setup, operation, and teardown. It fits on a lawn, a parking area, or a rooftop with clearance.
