The Boston Solved Awards is Flexitallic's annual celebration recognizing outstanding achievements across the organization. For the October 2025 ceremony, Aether Immersive was brought on to transform the Fairmont Copley Plaza's iconic Oval Room into a fully immersive awards experience - projection mapping the venue's architecture and delivering a complete A/V production from concept to execution.
Working in partnership with Dekko Photo, we shot, produced, and assembled the entire show in just 24 hours. The production included full projection mapping of the Oval Room, an LED wall, professional sound design, uplighting, a custom immersive show sequence, and a dedicated show honoring each award winner - all choreographed into a seamless run of show.
Our team handled custom 3D modelling to fit the room's architecture, immersive show curation tailored to the Flexitallic brand, and end-to-end A/V solutions. The result was a corporate awards ceremony elevated into something cinematic - where every winner's moment felt larger than life against the mapped surfaces of one of Boston's most storied venues.
