PROJECTION MAPPING FOR BRANDS & EVENTS

Aether designs and produces full-room and full-building projection mapping for corporate events - keynote stages, brand activations, gala reveals, partner summits - bringing the same toolkit we use for Ferrari and Red Bull to your next show.

Most corporate events still rely on screens. The room itself can be your screen.

Projection mapping turns the venue into the brand. Walls and ceilings reskin on cue, scenic elements come alive with content, and your keynote happens inside the moment instead of in front of a 16:9 frame. Done well, the room becomes the highest-engagement piece of the show - what attendees film and what makes its way into post-event press.

Our team has produced full-room and full-building work for Ferrari (36-projector facade activation at Royalston Square, in partnership with Luxedo), Red Bull BC One, Flexitallic, and a long list of brand-side and agency-led events. We bring the full pipeline - Notch, Resolume, Disguise, custom content, on-site calibration crew - and we work direct with brands or as a subcontractor through your agency.

Full-Room Mapping

Wall-to-wall projection that turns ballrooms, warehouses, or pop-up venues into the show. Walls, ceiling, floor - everything reskins on cue with the keynote.

Building & Facade Mapping

Architectural exterior projection for product launches, partner welcomes, and brand reveals. Our team has run 36-projector arrays for Ferrari at Royalston Square in partnership with Luxedo.

Stage & Set Mapping

Projection-mapped scenic elements that respond to the speaker, the music cue, or live-camera input. Notch + Resolume + Disguise pipelines, calibrated on-site.

Brand Activations & Pop-Ups

Photogenic moments built around your brand - projection-mapped sculptures, immersive entry tunnels, mirror-and-light installations engineered for shareability.

Interactive Showcases

Sensor-driven, gesture-driven, or web-driven content for product demos, partner showcases, and trade-floor booths. Visitors leave with the brand in their phone.

Hybrid & Streamed Events

On-camera-friendly visual systems with calibrated brightness and color science so the show reads on the broadcast feed as well as it does in the room.

One team for design, content, fabrication, install, and show-night operation.

The risk in corporate event production is the seam between design and execution - concepts that are great on a deck and impossible in the truck. Our team owns concept through showcall under one roof: visual designers, real-time programmers, fabricators, and projection engineers all in the same shop. The show that ships is the show that was sold, and the team on-site has owned every step from day one. That is how we run pixel-perfect on schedule.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does a typical corporate-event projection-mapping budget look like?
Single-night activations range from $25k for a single-surface stage moment to $250k+ for full-room mapping with custom content. Multi-day brand summits with rotating content libraries land closer to $100k–$500k depending on venue scale and content scope. We can scope to your real budget - there is no minimum that makes us walk away from a project we want to make.
How early do we need to engage you before the event date?
Eight to twelve weeks is the sweet spot for a full custom build - site survey, content design, content production, and rehearsal. We have done compressed three-week turnarounds when the venue and content scope allow. The earlier you bring us in, the more we can shape the show concept, not just execute around a fixed plan.
Do you work direct with brands, or only through agencies?
Both. We have direct relationships with brands like Ferrari, Red Bull, and Volkswagen, and we are a regular subcontractor for experiential agencies who need a deep technical bench. Either path works - we adapt to whichever procurement model you operate.
Who owns the content after the event?
Default: you do. Custom content created for your event is yours to keep, reuse, or repurpose. We retain rights to use the work in our portfolio (with reasonable attribution and confidentiality respected) unless you specifically request otherwise. We can structure full-IP buyouts when the situation calls for it.
Can you handle the full technical production or do we still need an AV partner?
Both options work. We can deliver projection-mapping as a discrete service that integrates with your existing AV partner, or we can produce the entire visual system end-to-end including projector spec, hang plot, control infrastructure, and on-site operation. We will tell you honestly when bringing in a specialty AV partner makes the show better.
What if our venue does not have the right power, sightlines, or rigging?
Site survey is the first thing we do. If a venue cannot support the show concept as scoped, we will redesign the concept around the venue, suggest alternative venues, or - most often - engineer around the constraint with creative projector placement, optics, and content design. We have lit shows in warehouses with no rig points before.
Do you provide content libraries, or only build custom?
Custom is our default - every show is engineered to its specific room and brand. For repeat brand events (annual summits, recurring activations) we build a content library on the first run that you own and can re-deploy in future years with minimal new production cost.
What insurance do you carry?
$1M per-occurrence / $2M aggregate general liability with scheduled equipment coverage. Certificates of insurance issued per project and added to your venue paperwork as needed.
